In high school, I began working at local photog haven Walnut House Films where I soaked up all I could from the experience – from choosing the right lens to darkroom processing. I also bought my first new professional camera.
The advent of high-quality digital photography has renewed my love for the art, because I can try to bring to print what is in my minds eye. I find beauty in so many places – from the vast wilds of Alaska, to the rugged textures in the Tetons, and from the energy of the young to the depth of the oldest faces.
